An experienced and highly competent educator, Grahame Collier brings a strategic and pragmatic approach to the planning delivery and evaluation of education and training. He has worked in the social change arena for many years and has a well developed capacity for managing programs which use education and training to promote individual behaviour change and organisational structural change.

Grahame has worked at a senior level in the public health and environment sectors for a number of years. He has been responsible for the management of environmental education and HIV/AIDS and sexual health in peak NSW Government agencies. At the NSW Environment Protection Authority he was Director of Industry and Community Education for a number of years. Prior to that time he was the Manager of Education and Prevention in the AIDS Bureau in NSW Health. He has also worked in the non-Government sector as an Education Manager for the NSW Family Planning Association and for the World Health Organization. More recently Grahame has contributed to education for social change through working successfully as a private consultant as the Director of T Issues Consultancy. Grahame is the immediate past President of the Australian Association of Environmental Education.
